Coconut milk is an opaque, milky-white liquid made from shredded mature coconut pulp. Coconut milks opacity and rich flavour are attributable to its high oil content, the majority of which is saturated fat. Coconut milk is a popular meal in Southeast Asia, Oceania, South Asia, and East Africa.
