Banana Flower

The blossoms of a banana flower, also referred to as banana flowers, are called banana flowers. Wherever banana flowers are grown, including Asia, you can find them fresh at roadside stands and farmers markets. They are entirely edible. They frequently appear in soups, curries, and salads. The banana flower, scientifically known as Musa acuminata, is the edible flower of a wild species of tropical and subtropical banana flowers. According to legend, it began in Malaysia and later spread to India and Myanmar.
