Banana Flower

Banana Flower, also known as Banana Flower, can be purchased fresh at roadside kiosks and farmers markets throughout the world, but are most common in Asia. They are widely used in salads, curries, and soups. The Banana Flower is the edible flower of a wild species of tropical and subtropical Banana Flower known technically as Musa acuminata. It is thought to have started in Malaysia and spread to India and Myanmar.
