Birth Control Pills

Birth Control Pills are a form of hormonal birth control that is used to prevent pregnancy. It is typically taken daily and contains synthetic hormones that prevent ovulation and fertilization. These hormones are called estrogen and progestin. Birth Control Pills can be taken by women, but they are also commonly prescribed for men. Birth Control Pills may also be referred to as the Pill or oral contraceptives.
