Bosentan Tablet

Bosentan is a medication that can be used to help treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Bosentan is a type of medication called an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by blocking the effects of endothelin, which is a substance in the body that causes constriction of blood vessels in the lungs and restricts the amount of oxygen that reaches the lungs.
