Castor Oil

Vegetable oil made from castor beans is known as castor oil. Castor oil is a colourless to very light yellow fluid with a distinct flavour and aroma. Its maximum temperature is 313 °C (595 °F), and its density is 0.961 g/cm3. It is a fatty substance with roughly 90% ricinoleate-containing unsaturated fat chains. The other significant components include oleate and linoleates.
