Clove Oil

This oil is made from S. aromaticum twigs. High purity clove oil with a minimum concentration of 85% is produced by distilling crude clove essential oil. The liquid form of rectified clove oil is a pale yellow substance that is only very weakly soluble in both water and solvents. Basil, citrus, and spice oils work well with the oil. It is widely used as a fragrance ingredient in toothpastes, soaps, toiletries, cosmetics, and perfumes as well as dental preparations. 180 kg in drums of rectified clove oil are available.
