Concrete Waterproofing Admixture

The most commonly used concrete waterproofing admixture is a silica-based product called “Witco”. It is a dry, white, granular powder that comes in 50 lb bags. It is easy to mix with water and when mixed, it produces a viscous liquid. The liquid is spread over the concrete surface and dries to form a tough, durable film that resists water penetration.
