Copper Dattatreya Statue

The copper dattatreya statue is a representation of the Hindu god Vishnu. The statue has the classic dattatreya (three-eyed) appearance with an elephant head a body and long arms. The trunk of the elephant is seen curling around the waist of the statue symbolizing the elephant head. The trunks two tusks point up to symbolize Vishnu s two divine eyes. The statue is made of copper and was cast in India.
