Crushed Stone

The story takes place in a place called Hopewell. This is a city that has been running out of the natural resources that it has relied on for centuries. The people of Hopewell have to look further and further to find more of these resources. They have done this by building walls to protect themselves from the outside world. However, there are people that are willing to do anything to get into the city. These people are called Dumpers. Dumpers are people that have a lot of items that they want to get rid of. They can be a lot of different things, like food, water, electronics, furniture, and so on.
