Decorative Shankh

Shankh is considered to be the sacred emblem of the Hindu god Vishnu in mythology. Hindus continue to use it as a symbol of longevity, prosperity, and wealth. In the modern world, it is also used to welcome guests to a wedding or other auspicious event. Shankhs come in both left- and right-handed varieties.
