Dutasteride Capsules

Dutasteride is an oral medication prescribed to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH, which is a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate. Dutasteride is a type of medication called an anti-androgen, which means it blocks the effects of male hormones. These male hormones cause the prostate to enlarge, which can lead to a number of unpleasant symptoms, such as frequent urination and painful ejaculation.
