Galaxy Granite

What does Black Granite mean to you? Is it a color, a texture, a material? Is it a reminder of your mortality or a way to honor your ancestors? Is it an inspiration for a rockstar or a designer? What does it represent? For me, Black Granite is what my family looks like. My father is black and my mother is white. I am biracial and the stone in my ring is a symbol of the two worlds my family came from. Black Granite is our history, it is the color of my family, and it is the color of the earth we are from.
