Mogra, sometimes known as Jasmine in English, is a popular incense scent in India. Many women, particularly in south Indian cities, have their hair braided with a belt of Jasmine blossoms.By weight, the incense stick composition consists of 30 to 40 parts bamboo core, 30 to 40 parts Chinese yew leaf powder, 15 to 40 parts sticky powder, and 1 to 5 parts potassium nitrate.
