Guar Meal

Grain meal is a dry, ground product obtained by grinding whole grains such as corn, wheat, rice, or barley. The meal is made by milling the grain at high speeds. Grinding the grain breaks the outer bran layer, which contains the germ and the starchy endosperm. The meal is then milled further to remove the bran and germ and to make it a powder.
