Hanuman Statue

The most important Hindu deity, Hanuman is the son of the wind god, Vayu. His story starts with him being born in the battlefield of Kishkindha. As a baby, he is abandoned by his father, who leaves him to die in the wilderness. Hanuman is saved by a monkey, who nurses him back to health and teaches him the skills he will need in life. As a teenager, he discovers the true nature of his father, and pledges his service to Rama, the king of Ayodhya. In his quest to help Rama, Hanuman fights the demon king, Ravana, and retrieves his wife, Sita, from him. He remains a loyal servant of Rama and helps him defeat Ravana. Hanuman is known for his devotion to Rama, strength, and his devotion to dharma. He is also known as "Hanuman the tireless" for his relentless devotion to serve Rama and dharma.
