Hanuman Statue is an ancient Indian sculpture from the 4th-6th centuries AD. This bronze statue is a depiction of the Hindu deity Hanuman. Hanuman is an important figre in the Hindu epic, Ramayana. The story is about a prince, Rama, who is exiled to the forest with his wife, Sita, and brother Lakshmana. The three are forced to live in exile in the jungle for 14 years until they are rescued by a monkey god named Hanuman.
