Lotus Flower

Wherever Lotus Flower are cultivated, fresh examples can be found at roadside stands and farmers markets, although Asia is the region where they are most common. They frequently appear in soups, curries, and salads. The edible blossom of a wild species of tropical and subtropical lotus flower known as Musa acuminata is the lotus flower. According to legend, it began in Malaysia and later spread to India and Myanmar.
