Milk Protein

Milk Protein Isolate (MPI) is a substance made from skim milk that has had enough of its non-protein components, such as lactose and minerals, partially removed so that the final, dry product has at least 90% protein by weight. USES:Coffee whitener, paediatric nutrition, powdered dietary supplements, sports nutrition, desserts, whipped toppings, soups and sauces, meat products, bakery products, confectionery, chocolate, yoghurt, cheese, ice cream, meat products, and coffee whitener.
