Milk Protein Isolate (MPI) is a material made from skim milk after enough non-protein components, such as lactose and minerals, have been removed to make the final dry product contain at least 90% protein by weight. USES:Ice cream, desserts, whipped toppings, soups and sauces, meat products, bakery items, confectionery, chocolate, yoghurt, cheese, ice cream, meat products, coffee whitener, paediatric nutrition, powdered dietary supplements, and sports nutrition.
