Organic Bamboo Plants

Bamboo is a genus of several hundred species of tropical grasses in the grass family Poaceae. The genus is one of three genera of bamboo, which also includes the genera Bambusa and Chusquea. Bamboo is a versatile plant that can grow on poor soil, in marshes, or on the side of a mountain. The grass is a versatile crop, providing food, shelter, and a place to sleep for many species of animals and insects. Bamboo has been used by humans for at least 5,000 years and has been a major part of East Asian culture.
