Ovulation Test

Ovulation test is a way to determine if a woman is ovulating. The test is done by checking for a surge in LH levels. The surge in LH levels indicates the beginning of ovulation. The test is most accurate during the day of ovulation, so if the woman is testing during the day, she would use the first urine of the day.
