Palm Olein Oil

Palm Olein is a light yellow edible oil produced by fractionating Refined Bleached and Deodorised Palm Oil into two fractions via partial crystallisation. Palm Olein is the liquid fraction. Prestige is used in the following applications: cooking and frying.Palm oil is made from the flesh and kernel of the oil palm trees fruit. This Palm Oil is unrefined. Crude Palm Oil, like all crude vegetable oils, contains non-glyceride components such as trace metals, kernel shell bits, and oxidation.
