Palm Olein Oil

Palm Olein, a pale yellow edible oil produced by fractionating refined bleached and deodorised palm oil into two fractions, crystallises partially to separate into these two fractions. Palm Olein refers to the liquid portion. Cooking and frying are done with prestige.The fruit of the oil palm tree is used to produce palm oil, which is obtained from both the flesh and the kernel. Crude palm oil is being used. Crude Palm Oil contains non-glyceride elements such trace metals, kernel shell fragments, and oxidation, same like all other crude vegetable oils.
