Pancreatin

PANCRESTAR 10 K contains Pancreatin, which belongs to the class of drugs known as Gastrointestinal agents.PANCRESTAR 10 K is used to treat exocrine pancreatic enzyme insufficiency (deficient pancreatic enzyme) in patients. It is also used to treat pancreatitis (pancreatic swelling), flatulence, cystic fibrosis (a genetic disorder that affects the lungs and digestive system), moderate indigestion in diabetes, and irritable bowel syndrome (an intestinal disorder). The medication is also approved for use as a digestive aid and in pancreas removal.
