Pancreatin

PANCRESTAR 10 K contains Pancreatin, a gastrointestinal agent.PANCRESTAR 10 K is used to treat people who have exocrine pancreatic enzyme insufficiency (low pancreatic enzyme). It is also used to treat pancreatitis (pancreatic swelling), flatulence, cystic fibrosis (a genetic disorder affecting the lungs and digestive system), moderate indigestion in diabetics, and irritable bowel syndrome (an intestinal disorder). The medication is also approved for use as a digestive aid and in the removal of the pancreas.
