The Filatrice (The Spinners)

In the middle of the night, the earth begins to shake and rumble, an earthquake that wakes up the citys residents. As buildings crumble, people panic and flee in all directions. But soon, the only thing that remains is silence. A few hours later, the unthinkable happens: a huge crack suddenly splits the ground in front of the building where Mary lives, sending her falling into a dark abyss. But Mary is not alone. A man falls with her and they find themselves together in a dark and cold space. There, they find a large wheel with a handle on top, and a long string attached to it. Mary begins to spin the wheel with the mans help, pulling the string, until they are suddenly back in the building where they started. They are now in a new world, and everything has changed.
