The seeds of the rose plant are found in rose hips. To create medicine, dried rose hips and their seeds are combined. Some individuals use fresh rose hips as a source of vitamin C since they contain vitamin C. The drying and processing of rose hips, however, significantly degrades their vitamin C content.
