Mango Pulp

Mango pulp is made from certain fresh mango fruit kinds. Mangoes that are fully ripened are collected, rapidly transferred to the fruit processing facility, and then examined and cleaned. Selected, high-quality fruits are placed in the controlled ripening chambers, where they undergo a series of processing steps to retain their sterility: washing, blanching, pulping, deseeding, centrifuging, homogenising, and, where necessary, concentration. Cutting, de-stoning, refining, and packaging are all steps in the preparation process. The pulp is sterilised and placed in aseptic bags when it comes to an aseptic product. The refined pulp is additionally hermetically sealed, cannulated, and packaged in cans. In plate freezers, frozen pulp is pasteurised and deep frozen. The procedure makes sure that the fruits authentic flavour and aroma are preserved in the finished product.
