Tocotrienol

Chemicals belonging to the vitamin E family are tocotrienols. For the body and the brain to function properly, vitamin E is required. The four forms of tocotrienols found in nature are alpha, beta, gamma, and delta, just like the other vitamin E compounds, tocopherols.
