Dried Aluminum Hydroxide Gel, Magnesium Hydroxide & Oxetacaine combination of antacid are used together to relieve heartburn, acid indigestion, and upset stomach. They may be used to treat these symptoms in patients with peptic ulcer, gastritis, esophagitis or too much acid in the stomach (gastric hyperacidity). They combine with stomach acid and neutralize it. This medication works only on existing acid in the stomach & does not prevent acid production. It may be used alone or with other medications that lower acid production.
